LocManage

LocManage is an iOS app for French landlords. They add properties with photos, surface areas and rooms, create tenant records and manage leases with dates, rent, charges and deposits, in line with the 2024 French rules on tax identifiers and mandatory annexes. A rent dashboard shows amounts due, paid and late by month, sends email reminders and generates PDF rent receipts, and rental applications can be organized with a status of pending, accepted or refused.

Entry and exit inspections are done in the app with a checklist per room, photos, an on-device electronic signature and a PDF export. A tenant space, joined with a unique code and free for tenants, shows the lease, payments and documents, with built-in messaging and real-time issue reports. Data syncs through iCloud and sign-in uses Apple.

The free version covers one property with its tenants and leases, rent tracking and a first free receipt. Premium, with a 7-day trial, adds unlimited properties, PDF receipts, rent calls, reminders and leases, inspections with photos and signatures, a PDF and CSV tax export for form 2044 and automatic reminders.
