About JAMstack CMS

JAMstack CMS is an end-to-end serverless blogging and content management system, still labeled beta in its README. It combines Gatsby for the front end with GraphQL and AWS Amplify services, and its theming is based on the Novela theme by Narative. The goal is to let you deploy a full-stack serverless website in a few minutes.

Built-in pieces include authentication and authorization for admin users, a database behind a secured API, a server-rendered front end for builds, a dynamic admin front end for creating, updating and deleting content, configurable settings and an admin dashboard. It tackles the build-time versus run-time problem by offering both the static build and a dynamic admin view where content can be previewed before building.

Pages can be created in several ways, including static Gatsby pages from files in src/pages and blog posts written in the admin panel and generated at build time. According to its topics the back end uses AppSync, Amplify and Lambda, and the code is MIT licensed. It suits developers comfortable deploying on AWS.
