About Itemlist
Itemlist is an inventory manager for homes and small businesses on iPhone and iPad. You give each item a place once, then find it again by typing whatever you remember, such as a name, brand or detail, or by scanning a barcode. Storage is modeled like the real world: locations hold rooms, rooms hold containers and containers can nest inside other containers as deep as needed.
You can keep separate locations such as a house, office, vacation home or storage unit, each with its own rooms and items, and share each one with different people. Owners choose who can view or edit. Items can carry photos, serial numbers, purchase prices and condition, and a CSV export supports insurance claims or business records. The app works offline and syncs across devices.
The free tier allows up to 100 items and 20 containers. Upgrading to PRO removes both caps and brings location sharing, lending records and displaced-item tracking, and the location owner's PRO covers everyone in that location. The listing shows support for more than 20 languages.
