About Invisor
Invisor is software for individuals who want to invest in property in Spain without scanning hundreds of listings by hand. You describe in your own words what you want to buy, for example a flat near the beach to rent to tourists, and Invisor turns that into an investment thesis with objectives, location, requirements to check and discard conditions. The interface is in Spanish.
The assistant can propose a budget, a target return for the area, and purchase and renovation costs, and you can ask for its reasoning, change values or add your own requirements. Once the thesis is ready, the tool follows property portals, removes duplicate listings and applies your criteria so that new opportunities are ranked against it. The listing description mentions six portals and financial analysis of each opportunity.
A free account with a thesis and manual analyses needs no card. The market scan can be tried for 24 hours with a card, and the site asks users to read the conditions before turning it on. The homepage also walks through four steps: create the thesis, monitor the market, prioritize what matters and decide with context.
