About Infuse

Infuse is a video player from Firecore for Apple devices. It plays media from local storage, a network share, a media server or a cloud drive and presents it as a polished library, so people who keep their own movie and TV collections can watch it on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac and Vision.

It plays formats such as MKV, MP4, ISO, VIDEO_TS and BDMV without transcoding, uses hardware decoding on Apple Silicon, and supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG on capable hardware, with Dolby Atmos passthrough. Connections include SMB, NFS, FTP, WebDAV, Emby, Jellyfin and Plex servers, plus Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and Box. Metadata and artwork come from TMDB, and Infuse Pro adds iCloud syncing.

Infuse is a proprietary app that needs no server of its own. It can be downloaded for free, with Pro features available as an upgrade, and the vendor provides support pages, a blog and a contact form for questions.
