About HabitScaler

HabitScaler is a mobile app that replaces the did-you-do-it checkbox with a how-much-today target. You pick a goal in any unit, such as push-ups from 10 to 50, pages read, kilometers run or screen time reduced, and the app sets a starting target that grows each session until it reaches a cap you choose.

Missing a day does not reset anything: the target holds or gently reduces. A growth ledger totals every rep, page and minute, and reductions count as time reclaimed. Before you start, a projection shows where you will be in 7 and 30 days and when you reach the cap, after which the plan simply maintains. Progress and plans can become share cards for X, group chats or Instagram, and each card includes a template link so friends can join the same plan.

HabitScaler is available on iOS and Android and is free to start, with a 7-day free trial. It suits people who find streak counters discouraging and prefer visible cumulative progress. The site also links free tools, a blog and an FAQ explaining how the progression engine works.
