About Streaks

Streaks is a habit-forming to-do list for Apple devices. Users pick or create up to 24 tasks, such as walking the dog or practicing a language, and every day a task is completed its streak is extended. Missing a day resets the streak to zero, which gives the app its motivational hook.

Tasks do not have to be daily; users can set the days they apply, such as weekdays only or three days a week. Some goals can be tracked automatically through the Health app, including steps, heart rate and workouts. Task statistics show progress over time, and Apple Watch complications and widgets show what remains for the day.
