About GuildManager

GuildManager is guild management software for MMO communities, built around Discord. Officers and guild leaders keep rosters, member records, events and loot decisions in one place instead of copying updates between spreadsheets and Discord bots.

It schedules one-time or recurring activities with role capacity, RSVPs and a waitlist, records attendance through a Discord voice snapshot, PINs, screenshots or an officer check-in, runs recruitment with application forms and officer review, and handles loot with DKP auctions, rolls, eligibility, priority and recorded bids. Discord sync keeps roles aligned, sends event reminders and runs commands, and an audit log shows who changed roles, approved members or awarded loot.

The homepage says creating a guild is free for unlimited members, with no credit card and a setup of about two minutes. The wider site also has a directory of gaming profiles, guilds and communities, alliance features and insights.
