About Grow or Die
Grow or Die is an analytics service for people building AI products who want to see what each customer and feature costs to serve. It joins website visitors, customer payments and AI model usage reported by a server SDK, so payments minus refunds can be compared against AI spend.
The SDK reports model usage and the service applies model prices; missing usage is shown as unknown rather than zero. The dashboard breaks results down by feature, for example to show which search model drives most of the bill, and states that the amount left after AI cost is not net profit. A separate monitor lists public X posts that mention your website or verified product name and saves them so they can be viewed again without a new search.
It runs as a hosted service with an interactive demo that uses illustrative data. Pricing starts at 20 dollars a month after a 7-day trial with no payment up front. Free tools such as an AI visibility checker and an LLM cost-per-user calculator are linked from the site.
