About Gensiv

Gensiv monitors what AI assistants say about a brand. Every day it runs the questions buyers ask against Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, in each market where the company operates, and states that it captures real answers from the consumer apps rather than from the API.

Reports show whether and where the brand is named, its average position, which competitors are recommended instead and which sources the engines cite, for example a review site with few reviews of you. Each lost answer comes with a suggested action, and prompts can be grouped by topic and tag. A free tool gives a quick report on how ChatGPT describes your brand, and the site also offers documentation and a demo booking option.
