GenPPT: features, pricing and alternatives

About GenPPT

GenPPT generates presentations from source material. You paste rough notes, upload a PDF, a Word file or a research article, or describe a deck, and the tool pulls out key points, metrics and citations while preserving the original wording. It then maps the material into a slide-by-slide outline.

You edit the copy and approve the outline before any slides are generated, then GenPPT creates designed slides from it. Individual slides can be changed through chat, and the result exports to PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF or PNG images. The site also offers narrower generators, including a consulting-style slide generator with action titles and MECE structure, LinkedIn and Instagram carousel generators that export PDF or PNG, a pitch deck generator and several lighter tools.
