About Faqlens
FaqLens scans a single URL such as a homepage, landing, product, pricing, contact or policy page. It reads the raw HTML the way AI crawlers like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity do, tests the page against a checklist chosen for that page type, and grades each buyer question as clear, buried or missing. Buried means the answer exists but cannot be extracted cleanly.
The report gives completeness, AI readability and trust signal scores, notes whether schema markup is present and lists a worst-first fix list, such as a missing refund policy answer. Each gap gets a concrete rewrite plus alternatives built only from material already published on your page, and where a policy was never stated it leaves a visible blank rather than inventing a claim.
Scans take about 30 seconds and cover one URL, not a site crawl. New accounts get 3 free scans with no card required, and the site has free tools, a public sample report and a pricing page. It is a hosted service for marketers and site owners preparing for AI search.
