About EmailSign

EmailSign is a web app for creating HTML email signatures that render correctly in the inbox. You pick one of 16 templates, enter your name, title and brand color, add a logo, preview the result in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and dark mode, then copy it into your mail client. Install guides cover Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Proton Mail and Infomaniak.

The product is built around problems with signatures pasted from Word, such as vanishing logos, squashed photos in Outlook mobile, buttons that turn into plain links and dividers that disappear. To avoid them it hosts images with fixed dimensions, locks minimum and maximum widths, builds buttons from tables and uses solid background colors.

For organizations, team features let a whole company use the same signature, and click tracking shows who clicks the links. The site is available in English, French and Dutch and includes a blog and comparison pages.
