About DMflo

DMflo is an Instagram automation platform. It answers direct messages, follows up on comments and responds to story replies, with the ability to ask for a follow and to converse in the language the audience uses. A comment-to-DM flow lets a public comment trigger a private message.

The platform is organized as a set of agents with separate jobs: engagement, sales, moderation and lead capture. It includes a contacts view, an overnight report and a comment moderator, and the vendor also offers a mobile app. An MCP server lets you set up automations and pull analytics from Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client by asking in plain language.

DMflo is a hosted commercial service with a free start that needs no card. It is aimed at creators, direct-to-consumer brands and agencies that field many repetitive questions on Instagram.
