About Digital Scale

Digital Scale: Scale for grams is an iOS app that turns a phone camera into an AI weight estimator. You point the camera at an object or choose a photo from your library, and the app returns an estimated weight in grams. The App Store text says it relies on GPT-4 Vision for the image analysis, so results are estimates rather than readings from a physical scale.

Each estimate is saved with a timestamp, and history can be organized by category such as food, electronics and household items. The app includes flash support for low light and a scanning animation, and entries can be removed by swiping. It is published by Theo Kramer under the Utilities category and rated 4+, and it is free to download with in-app purchases.
