About CustomGradient

CustomGradient is a browser tool that turns a name into a unique color gradient. The same input always produces the same result, because the text is normalized and hashed into a seed that determines the colors, angles, and layout. You pick a style and canvas size, then download a PNG or share a link that reproduces the gradient for anyone.

There are two generators. Identity accepts one or more names, such as a personal name, a project or brand name, or a fictional character. Compatibility takes two zodiac signs, with optional names, and produces a shared gradient for couples, duos, or friends. Suggested uses include profile pictures, social banners, lock screens, slides, web backgrounds, and print. The site states it is free, client-side, and requires no sign-up.
