About Cocomail
Cocomail is a newsletter platform for independent writers who do not want costs to grow with the number of names stored. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, and billing follows the number of emails sent each month, starting from a low monthly fee.
Writers send from their own domain with DKIM, SPF and DMARC verification, so emails arrive from an address readers know. Included features are tags and segments, a hosted subscribe page and embeddable form with built-in confirmation, a template library, a REST API with webhooks, and CSV import from a previous tool. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are excluded from future sends and rechecked at send time.
Cocomail is a proprietary hosted service. The site states a start at $5 a month, up to 100k emails a month on the Pro plan, and 30 days to change your mind.
