About ChurchCRM
ChurchCRM is a web-based church management system that brings a congregation's records into one place. It organizes people and families, groups, events and attendance, giving and financial tracking, volunteers and reports, so church staff and volunteers do not need to juggle separate spreadsheets for each area.
Churches can try a temporary live demo created through Softaculous before committing, then install it on their own hosting with the official documentation. The project lists 49 supported locales, with translation coverage varying by language, and accepts translation help through a community localization workspace. It is written in PHP and can be installed on your own hosting.
ChurchCRM is released under the MIT license with no subscription fees, and because it is self-hosted a church decides where its data lives and how it is managed. Developer documentation covers architecture, builds and testing for anyone who wants to contribute.
