About CCPM

CCPM, from Automaze, is a project management skill system for AI coding agents. It structures work as a chain from ideas to product requirement documents, then epics, GitHub issues and finally code, so agents have written specs and traceability instead of relying on memory from one chat session.

It uses GitHub Issues as the shared source of truth and Git worktrees to let several agents work in parallel on independent streams without conflicting. The README describes problems it aims to solve, such as context lost between sessions, conflicts from parallel work, requirements drifting from written specs and progress being invisible. It is packaged as an Agent Skill that works with harnesses that support skills, including Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor and others.

The project is written mostly as shell scripts and Markdown skill files, and it is licensed under MIT. You install it into your agent environment and run it against your own GitHub repositories. It suits developers who use AI coding agents and want a repeatable, spec-driven workflow with issue tracking.
