About Calsy

Calsy is an iPhone and Apple Watch app that combines an AI calorie counter with a structured 21-day reset. The idea is that diets fail because they never end, so Calsy gives a fixed start and finish, a few simple daily rules and a photo-based logger that scores each meal.

The reset runs in four phases that become progressively stricter. Daily tasks include scanning meals, drinking water and reaching a step goal, and from day 4 the bar rises to meals graded C or better, staying under a calorie budget and 30 minutes of movement.
