About Bubbl.us

Bubbl.us is a commercial web tool for creating mind maps, organizational charts and other brainstorming diagrams. It has been available since 2005, and the vendor describes it as suited to visual learning, project planning and concept mapping.

One notable detail is that a map can be started immediately without signing up or entering a credit card, and example maps can be edited without an account. Real-time collaboration, presentation of ideas, templates and virtual whiteboards are among the listed features. A pricing page lists the paid options for those who need more.

Bubbl.us is hosted, proprietary software accessed in the browser, and it is not designed for self-hosting. It suits students, teachers and small teams that want to sketch a mind map quickly rather than learn a full diagramming suite.
