About BotFerry

BotFerry is a Slack relay for operations and support teams. When someone mentions your Slack app in a channel, BotFerry carries the message to a private operator channel as a new thread. Your team replies in that thread, and the response is posted back to the original conversation as your app, so the requester never leaves their channel.

You create the Slack app and keep the token yourself, so BotFerry passes messages through without owning your credentials. Each mention gets its own thread, which keeps replies tied to the request, and because both ends are in the same workspace, mentions and channels render natively.

BotFerry is a hosted commercial service with documentation, use-case pages and a pricing page. Its page description gives a starting price of 9 euros.
