Book Driveprep: features, pricing and alternatives

About Book Driveprep

DrivePrep Book replaces running a driving school's schedule over WhatsApp or spreadsheets. Instructors publish their free slots, and students see only the slots that match their own licence category, so a student on an automatic cannot book a manual lesson. Booked hours come off the student's balance automatically.

The system allows only one booking per slot, so two students cannot take the same time, and every booking, refund and correction is stored as a ledger row that is never deleted, with the balance being their sum. Students see their own lessons and hours on any device. Other features include email and calendar invitations, web push reminders, a map showing lesson meeting points looked up by address, recurring slot templates, and missed lessons recorded as missed. School data can be downloaded at any time.

Pricing is per instructor with unlimited students: 42 euros per instructor per month, or 420 euros per instructor per year. An optional WhatsApp reminder add-on is 29 euros per month with the first instructor included. The interface is in English and Romanian.
