About Autofile.email

Autofile.email, also written AutoFileEmail, is a hosted utility that files business documents arriving by email. It monitors a connected inbox and saves attachments such as invoices, receipts and statements into a cloud storage folder, organized by vendor and date.

It works with Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud and IMAP inboxes, and saves to Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. The site is explicit that it does not use OCR or AI extraction, has no dashboard and does not read the contents of mail; it only moves files into folders you own. If you cancel, existing folders stay as they are.

AutoFileEmail is a commercial service with free forward filing and a 30-day preview on signup without a credit card. It is a sister product to AutoPrintEmail and suits freelancers and small businesses that gather receipts for bookkeeping.
