About Amazon QuickSight
Amazon QuickSight, shown on AWS's site as Quick Sight, is the business intelligence service from Amazon Web Services. It lets organizations build dashboards and reports from data stored in AWS and elsewhere, and share them with large groups of users without managing servers.
AWS describes the current service as AI-powered BI that turns data into insights for everyone through unified intelligence and broad data access. Longstanding capabilities include interactive dashboards, machine learning driven insights and the ability to embed analytics in other applications, and it now sits next to Amazon Quick, an AI assistant for research and business insights.
QuickSight is proprietary and available only as an AWS-managed service, so there is no self-hosted edition. Users can try it for free, and the vendor publishes a dedicated pricing page.
