About AICostTrack
AICostTrack is a cost-tracking service for SaaS products that call AI APIs. After each completed AI call, your application sends a small usage event, authenticated with an API key, that carries the customer ID, the provider, the model and the token counts. The dashboard then shows per-customer costs, usage analytics and spending trends, so you can see which customers cost the most and how usage changes over time.
Cost is calculated automatically for verified models. Otherwise you send a reliable cost in dollars, and if neither is available the cost is marked Unknown rather than guessed. You enter what each customer pays, and once every cost is known the dashboard compares cost with the price paid and ranks customers by profitability, which shows whether usage caps and plan prices make sense. Email or Slack alerts fire when a customer crosses into unprofitable territory.
It is not a proxy: AI requests keep going straight to the provider, and AICostTrack never receives prompt or response content. A 7-day free trial requires payment details, and Pro is $19 per month afterward unless canceled.
