About AgentGov
AgentGov is a tracing and governance platform for teams that run AI agents in production. It records each LLM call, tool invocation and agent step, so engineers and compliance staff can see what an agent did, what it cost and when it behaved unexpectedly.
Integration is done through an npm SDK: you install the package and wrap your OpenAI or Vercel AI client, and calls are then traced automatically without changing the surrounding logic. It lists support for OpenAI, Anthropic, the Vercel AI SDK and LangChain. The dashboard shows traces over time, active agents and spend, and lets you set compliance rules, cost limits and alerts. Documentation features for the EU AI Act include audit trails and risk records. The project describes itself as open source and links to a GitHub repository, though the licence is not stated here. A hosted dashboard is available and is currently in public beta.
