About Zendai
Zendai is a bookkeeping helper for small shops that works through the LINE chat app, with a Thai-language site. You type an expense, send a photo of a bank transfer slip, receipt or paper bill, or record a voice message, and it reads the details and enters them in the books with a category. You can then ask questions in plain language, such as today's sales, this month's profit or the biggest expense category, and it answers from the shop's own records.
You can set budgets, add categories, tags and payment methods, correct amounts and set reminders by chatting, and deletions are confirmed first. A scheduled summary of sales, expenses and profit is sent into LINE at a time you choose. It also learns the shop's rules once told, such as how staff tag entries or what a supplier slip means, and what it remembers can be viewed and edited. In group chats it replies only when called. Blurred or non-receipt images do not count against the quota, and the service is free to start.
