About Viral

Viral is a Spanish-language forecasting service for business metrics such as subscribers or other numbers tracked over time. You upload a file of dates and values in CSV or JSON, the system checks the data, and it returns a 14-day forecast with 90 percent confidence intervals using the Chronos 2 model from Amazon Science.

Results come as three scenarios: pessimistic, probable (the current trend) and optimistic. Before charging credits it rates whether your data supports a reliable projection with a traffic light: green means go ahead, yellow means possible with reservations, and red means you need more history, in which case the analysis is blocked and no credits are spent.

The service says servers are in Europe, it complies with GDPR, data is not shared, and you can delete everything from your account. The infrastructure is operated by ApisDom, and new accounts get two complete forecasts free with no card.
