About Viki

Viki, operated by Rakuten, is a video streaming service focused on Asian television. Its catalog includes Korean dramas and shows, Chinese dramas, Japanese dramas and movies, and the site states that a number of titles can be watched free with English subtitles.

The service has a community side too, listed in the navigation alongside categories and apps, and offers a paid Viki Pass for viewers who want more access. Rakuten also provides partner information for distribution partners and advertisers, which suggests an ad-supported model alongside subscriptions.
