About VetFlow
VetFlow is a management system for veterinary practices. It stores owners and their pets with species, breed, weight, history and notes, schedules appointments with real-time status, and keeps an electronic record with history, diagnosis, treatment and prescription. Reminders about appointments and vaccines go to owners by email and, on paid plans, WhatsApp, and a financial module tracks income and expenses with reports.
Each clinic's data is isolated in a multi-tenant design and the site states LGPD compliance. Plans run from a free starter for one user and up to 50 pets, through Starter at R$49 per month for 3 users and 500 pets, Pro at R$119 per month for 10 users, unlimited pets, WhatsApp reminders, advanced reports and API integrations, to Enterprise at R$299 per month with unlimited users, multiple units, SSO and auditing.
All new accounts get 7 days of the Pro level free with no card, annual billing saves 20 percent, payments go through Stripe with automatic invoices, and there is a 7-day refund guarantee and support in Portuguese.
