About Tutti
Tutti lets electricians, plumbers, masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, HVAC technicians, gardeners and cleaning professionals run their paperwork from WhatsApp. You send an audio message, a photo of materials or a few lines, and it returns a quote as a PDF with your logo and brand colors, including VAT, discounts and due dates, which you can forward to the client and later convert into a legal invoice in two messages.
Beyond quotes it records payments, such as noting that a client paid part of an invoice in cash, answers questions about who owes you and how much you invoiced this month, and stores job photos linked to a client or quote and builds progress reports with ordered photos. AI renders are listed as a new feature. Everything is kept in a cloud panel accessible from any device, and the assistant works in chat or by calls.
The site is in Spanish and offers a free trial, with plans on a pricing page. It positions Tutti as the secretary tradespeople never had, working on the job site with no apps or computer. Live recordings of real chats demonstrate each function, such as quotes, invoices, payments and progress reports.
