About Sondeo

Sondeo is a web app, shown in French with a language toggle, that creates customer personas (called avatars) for e-commerce brands. Rather than asking a general chatbot to invent plausible buyers, it collects real wording from Amazon reviews, Reddit threads, social networks, forums and competitors' ads, and ties each persona's fears, objections and buying triggers to quoted remarks from actual customers.

The user answers a few questions about the product, the target market and competitors, and a gauge shows whether the brief is detailed enough for a good result. The report contains detailed avatars with verbatim quotes, fears, hooks and an awareness level, and can be exported as a PDF. You can also open a chat with an avatar to ask what it thinks of a new visual or why it hesitates to buy.
