About Prufa

Prufa is a hosted testing service for web products. After each deploy it walks through signup, login and checkout in a real browser and verifies the outcome, to catch breakage that throws no error, such as a post-payment redirect returning 404 or a signup redirect returning 500.

A free audit starts from a pasted URL with no signup or card and returns a report in about 60 seconds. Findings come in two tiers: verified findings caught by deterministic checks, each with a named check and an evidence line, and advisory findings that are opinions, such as a form field missing a visible label. Audits also cover tracking tags and consent flows, for example whether a GA4 conversion beacon fires, and UX antipatterns. The navigation also lists an API.
