Poll Everywhere: features, pricing and alternatives

About Poll Everywhere

Poll Everywhere is a commercial audience response tool that lets a presenter ask questions and show participants' answers live. Participants join from their own devices without downloading anything, and results update in real time while the session is running.

Poll types include multiple-choice bar charts, word clouds, donut charts, Likert scales, Q&A, radar charts, clickable images, attendance tracking and competitions. Polls can be embedded in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva and PDF presentations, so presenters do not have to switch to a separate tool during a talk.

The vendor offers separate paths for higher education, corporate and event customers, and it keeps a classic version alongside a refreshed Poll Everywhere 2.0 experience. It is a hosted product with free sign-up, no credit card required to start, and paid plans listed on its pricing page.
