About PDFParser

PDFParser is an AI extraction tool for documents such as invoices, receipts, bank statements, resumes and contracts. You upload PDFs or images, up to 20 MB per file and in batches, then define the fields you want, with custom names, data types and smart field suggestions. The AI extracts exactly those fields and returns JSON or CSV in seconds, so there are no templates or rules to set up.

Output can be downloaded or used through the API, which is included on every plan. Higher plans add JSON Schema validation, webhook notifications, a priority processing queue and higher API rate limits. The site says documents are processed securely and never stored permanently.

A free tier is available without a credit card. Paid plans are monthly: Starter is $9 for 100 pages, Pro is $29 for 500 pages, and Business is $99 for 2,500 pages with a dedicated support channel and SLA. Unused pages expire monthly.
