About Parakh
Parakh is a due diligence check for Indian businesses. You enter a party's GSTIN, taken from an invoice, purchase order or visiting card, and it returns a one-page report in under 60 seconds built only from public records. It matches the GST portal's filing history and published court databases across legal and trade names, and every line is a verified public fact with a confidence grade.
The report covers identity and structure, such as how the registered legal name compares with the name you were given, the business constitution and the age of the registration. It shows filing behavior, including return history, registration status and gaps. It also lists litigation and liability on the published record, such as cheque-bounce matters, recovery suits and insolvency petitions, and whether a proprietor is personally liable. It states plainly what it could not find, such as bank data or private ledgers.
The site suggests running a check when a new buyer asks for credit, when a reliable party starts paying late, before handing over territory, and before advance money leaves. The first report is free and each check afterward costs 99 rupees.
