About LaDataViz
LaDataViz makes tools that extend Tableau dashboards. Its Figma to Tableau plugin turns Figma designs into Tableau dashboards: it can generate layouts with containers, navigation buttons and a logo, let you edit the interface in Figma, export the design to Tableau objects and worksheets, and import existing dashboards by matching worksheet names. Viz Extensions add more than 21 chart types that you drag in without writing calculations.
BANg builds a complete KPI dashboard in one click, creating the calculations and worksheets in your workbook and exporting the layout back. Three free apps are also offered: Filter Manager customizes all Tableau filters at once and can add apply buttons, AdvViz is a free web generator for Tableau Public that works offline and does not upload data, and Theme Generator creates dashboard themes visually.
The vendor says the extensions are reviewed by Tableau, that any tool can be self-hosted on your own servers and that data does not leave your browser. Products are sold through a store, and the site also lists consulting and a newsletter.
