About InvoiceSonic
InvoiceSonic covers the path from enquiry to payment for trades and service businesses. You log the enquiry, send a quote the customer approves online, schedule the visit, bill the completed work and keep an eye on unpaid balances, all attached to a single job. It runs on the web and as an iPhone app.
Customers can pay with Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, ACH, PayID or a plain bank transfer, and the product states that it adds no transaction fee of its own. The site also offers standalone pages and tools for an invoice generator, invoice templates, an invoice tracker, payment reminders, an Australian invoice generator, job management and job scheduling. Invoices carry no watermark.
A free account needs only an email address, with no card or password. It allows three invoices to be saved each month, with a single tracked send and a single automatic reminder included. A pricing page lists the paid options for businesses that need more.
