About InvoiceGrid
InvoiceGrid is a tool for the collections side of invoicing. It does not issue invoices; it sits on top of QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave or any other invoicing software and helps you follow up on the ones that remain unpaid. A Today view lists the invoices that need action each morning, so there is no need to scan a spreadsheet.
Invoices appear on a drag-and-drop kanban board with Pending, Reminded, Follow-up and Paid columns, as well as a list view with inline editing. An email generator writes reminders in five tones, from friendly to final notice, and a chase history logs every email, call and message against each invoice. An evidence pack exports a timestamped PDF with invoice details and chase history for disputes or small claims. Ageing analytics show how overdue the pipeline is.
Setup involves exporting your invoice list from your accounting tool as a CSV and uploading it, which fills the board immediately. The homepage describes a morning routine of about five minutes a day, and it also lists chase tools, a blog and comparison pages. A pricing page is linked from the site but no prices appear in the homepage text.
