About IndexOnce

IndexOnce is an automation layer for the IndexNow protocol. You generate a key, place it in your site's root, enter a sitemap URL, and the service monitors the sitemap and pings Bing, Yandex and other IndexNow engines such as Naver, Seznam.cz and Yep when pages are added or changed.

A dashboard lists the URLs sent, the time of each submission and the status each search engine returned, and developers can post a host, key and URL list to a REST endpoint. Sitemap checks run daily on the free plan, hourly on Pro and in real time on Agency, and it works with existing CMS or static site setups. It is aimed at site owners who want Bing and similar engines to notice updates without pinging them by hand.

Hobby is free for 1 website and 100 URLs a month, Pro is 9 dollars a month for 10 websites and 10,000 URLs with API access, and Agency is 29 dollars a month for unlimited websites and 100,000+ URLs, with real-time sitemap sync.
