About Hyvor Talk
Hyvor Talk is a hosted commenting system that website owners embed to add comments, reactions and ratings to their pages. It is built around privacy: the vendor says it is GDPR compliant and never adds ads, affiliate links or tracking codes to a customer's site.
Moderation tools include user moderation, IP controls, shadow banning, trusted users, custom badges and email moderation, and spam detection can be powered by Akismet or the vendor's own LLM-based system. Embeds are customizable with custom CSS and available in many languages, and it works with WordPress and any other site. Newsrooms get SSO with a paywall, while enterprises get OIDC single sign-on and dedicated support.
Hyvor Talk is a commercial service with a pricing page, aimed at bloggers, publishers and larger organizations that want an alternative to ad-supported comment widgets.
