About Formitect

Formitect lets you build forms by dragging fields together: text, emails, dates, dropdowns, checkboxes and more, with labels, options and required rules. Publishing gives each form a unique link that can be sent by email or chat or embedded in a site, and responses stream into a filterable table that exports to CSV.

Required fields, email checks and dropdown limits are enforced on the server, and the pages state that there is no tracking and no pop-ups. The site also says you can self-host with your own database, keeping the data under your control, alongside the hosted service. Formitect is described as free forever for creators, and there are guide, pricing and blog pages.
