About drupd
Drupd is a proprietary web app for freelancers and solopreneurs who need to bill clients without a full bookkeeping suite. Users create invoices from five PDF templates with a live A4 preview, their own logo and brand color, and a choice of over 150 currencies, then send them by email or share a link.
Payment details are printed directly on the invoice rather than processed by Drupd: users can add Stripe, PayPal, Wise or Revolut links, bank details such as IBAN, SWIFT or ACH, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses, which are validated before sending. Drupd never handles the funds. The tool can also chase late payers with up to five automated reminders of escalating tone, handle recurring invoices, schedule sends, pause reminders per invoice and use custom email templates.
Drupd is a hosted service with no self-hosted version. The homepage presents it as free invoicing with unlimited invoices and no card required, and a pricing section on the site describes further options. The navigation also lists developer and writing sections.
