About Certifyr

Certifyr is a document automation platform for schools and HR teams. It generates official documents from templates in a few clicks, and each document can carry a unique QR code so that anyone can verify it publicly. Organizations can apply their own logo, colors and signature, and export documents as PDF or print them.

A request portal lets students, parents or employees ask for documents directly, which removes the need to visit an administration office. Several admins can work in one organization workspace, and an AI assistant can draft documents from a few prompts. The vendor says it does not store documents unless the organization chooses to save history. A 7-day free trial and a demo option are offered.
