About Brieform
Brieform is a hosted form builder that works from inside AI assistants instead of its own visual editor. You describe the form you need in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and Brieform creates it and publishes it as an ordinary web page with its own link. The people who fill it in see a normal form, with no AI involved, no login and nothing to install.
When responses come in, you ask the same assistant about them and get answers in plain language, with a CSV export available whenever you want the raw data. A second starting point is an existing project brief: paste it in and Brieform points out missing details such as budget or deadline, then builds a client-facing form you can send out.
Brieform is a commercial product with a free plan and, according to the vendor, a setup that takes about a minute. The site lists installation guides for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. It suits freelancers and agencies who gather intake details from clients and already spend much of their day inside an AI chat.
