Hi.Events is an open-source event ticketing and management platform for selling tickets online to conferences, nightlife events, concerts, club nights, workshops and festivals. It can be self-hosted or used through Hi.Events Cloud, giving organizers control over branding, checkout and data.

On the ticketing side it handles free, paid, donation and tiered tickets, recurring and multi-date events, sold-out waitlists, promo codes, product add-ons, and tax, fee and capacity management. Organizers can design event homepages, create customizable PDF tickets and embed a ticket widget. Attendee tools include custom checkout questions, search and CSV or XLSX export, full and partial refunds, bulk messaging and QR code check-in with scan logs.

Reporting covers a sales dashboard, affiliate tracking, daily sales, product, promo code, revenue and tax reports, and outgoing webhooks, and the platform has multi-user roles. Hi.Events is positioned as an open-source alternative to Eventbrite, Tickettailor and Dice.fm, and is built with PHP, Laravel and React. The interface is translated into many languages.
